On 19 July, An Post issued a 82c stamp to celebrate the Olympic Games 2012.

The 82c stamp uses five verticals, combined with contemporary typography, to represent our close proximity to London and Team Ireland’s short journey across the Irish Sea.

The stamp was designed by Red Dog Design.
